The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the water bus stop and the grand canal. It's also very close to the Jewish ghetto, which offers a great dining experience away from the noise. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with necessary amenities such as a fridge, safe, and Nespresso machine. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is good.
The wifi in the room could be improved, as it was better in the lobby area.

The front desk staff went out of their way to assist us with navigating the city and getting to the airport. They provided us with a printed schedule and guided us to the water bus and bus stand, relieving our stress about reaching the airport for our early morning flight.
The noise from the boats blowing their horns before going under the bridge was a bit disruptive, especially when we were exhausted at night. not having breakfast facilities at the hotel was a minor inconvenience, although there was a wonderful bakery nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was ideal, just off the main path around the tourist circular walking route, great to explore the beautiful areas nearby. it was very near to the train station, making it convenient for transportation.

This hotel is perfectly located in a very pleasant district of Canareggio, right on the canal. The view from our room on the "2nd floor" was fantastic, overlooking the beautiful inside garden. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, making our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided amazing service, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. Breakfast was also included and served, offering a nice selection to start our day.
No room service option, but all was fine.
